Return & Exchange Policy (Wholesale Orders)
Wholesale Orders — Final Sale
All wholesale orders are final sale.
Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and bulk purchasing, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been placed and shipped.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We accept claims only in the case of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item was shipped.
To be eligible for a claim:
- The issue must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect are required.

- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement of the defective item
- Store credit
- Refund for the defective item only
Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Normal variations in color, plating tone, or stone placement
- Minor imperfections typical for plated or fashion jewelry
- Damage caused by improper use, wear, or storage
- Change of mind or unsold inventory

The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to wholesale / B2B transactions.
